Start by identifying who receives the benefit

Compare cash and credits without pretending they are equal
If one option saves money today and another offers coins, first ask whether you would have purchased those coins. Unused credits have little practical value. A reward requiring a larger subscription can also outweigh the supposed benefit. Treat a referral bonus as additional utility only after the underlying plan independently makes sense.
Questions the referring page should answer
